The Lancaster Baseball Club is a youth baseball program that is connected to the Lancaster HS Gales Baseball Program.

Simply put, development. We place an emphasis on development from individual & team dynamics.  We have an experienced coaching staff with decades of HS coaching experience and collegiate playing experience.  ​

Cost Effective

In Today's youth baseball world, the cost to play has become a deterrent for many people.  We work hard to keep costs low and provide the opportunity to play high quality baseball at the local level, for every child and family.  ​

We want to develop OUR players from 4-18!  Our leadership team are all highly qualified with many state and national certifications.  With future construction, we will also have our own indoor facility.  You won't find a better option!​

Bring Back Local Baseball 

The unfortunate truth is youth baseball is watered down across all levels.  We want to bring back the local aspect of youth baseball and find the perfect balance between "Travel" and "Rec" baseball.  ​
